Yes, I am from Germany, as you can hear in my videos.

My father is an American citizen and Vietnam veteran, who was stationed in Germany back in the 1960’s.
He did not know that I was born because the Army had sent him to Vietnam overnight, so that my mother was not able to tell him that she was pregnant.

After two years serving and fighting in Vietnam, my father had PTSD and lived on the streets of Atlanta as a homeless veteran for many years until he received help.

At the age of 15, I started searching for him and it took me 25 years to finally find him and 7 more to become an American citizen by birth.
This was the day I finally moved to the United States of America.

Growing up with my grandmother and having only one income source from my mother, food was always scarce.
This is why food is very important to me.
Till today, I still have food insecurity, and I buy more than I need.
