Ingredients for 1 person:
- 100 gr of your favorite ham
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg
- ½-1 tsp oregano or marjoram
- 50 ml water (just in case)
- Pepper
- Salt if preferred
- 60 gr cheese (20 gr blue, 20 gr parmesan, 20 gr Swiss)
Side:
- 200 gr cooked pasta. No noodles.
Cooking:
- Heat up the olive oil on low heat and add the red onions. Let it roast gently for 2 minutes.
- Add the ham and let it roast gently again.
- Add the oregano or marjoram and mix it for 10 seconds.
- Add the small cut red bell pepper to it. Cover the pot and let it simmer gently for another 2 minutes.
- You can add the garlic to it if you want or later.
- Steer and check occasionally.
- Ad the pasta and egg to it and mix it until the egg is done.
- Turn off the stove.
- Add the cheese mix but don’t mix it yet.
- Cover it and let it sit for a few minutes.
- When the cheese is melted, mix everything.
- Add the garlic to it and mix it.
- Add pepper and mix everything.
- Salt it if necessary.
- Serve it hot.
